React

React development for interfaces that will be changed by someone later

React is the right tool when UI state is real: configurators, account areas, design systems, dashboards, storefront components. We write it so the next engineer can change a flow without unpicking a single 2,000-line component.

Fit

Problems this work is meant to solve

  • 01

Design systems that are only a folder of CSS

If buttons, forms and product cards do not share behaviour and accessibility, every new page invents them again. React work should produce a small set of primitives with states, not a visual dump.

  • 02

    Client-side everything

A marketing site does not need a client-rendered React tree. We keep React on the surfaces that have state, and leave content pages to the server when Next.js is in play.

What the engagement covers

  • 01

    Interactive UI

Flows that a static template cannot express: filters, account, wizards, editors.

  • 02

    Design systems

Typed components with keyboard support, focus, and composition rules.

  • 03

    Storefront components

Product galleries, variant selectors and cart UI that can live in Magento, Shopify or a headless app.

  • 04

    Application frontends

Internal tools and customer portals with API integration and predictable error states.

Section 01

React and Next.js are not competing slogans

React is the UI library. Next.js is the application framework we use when routing, rendering and SEO matter. A lot of our React work ships inside Next.js. Some of it ships inside a Magento or Shopify theme as a controlled island. The choice is about the host, not about fashion.

Section 02

What “maintainable React” means here

  • TypeScript as the default, not an optional extra
  • State kept close to the interaction that owns it
  • No heavy UI kit unless the product already standardizes on one
  • Accessibility for widgets we actually ship: dialogs, menus, forms, accordions

Common questions

Questions we are actually asked

Can an existing website be rebuilt using Next.js?

Yes, when the current site is limited by a page builder, an aging CMS theme or a frontend that cannot meet performance and SEO requirements. A Next.js rebuild still needs a content model, redirects and a rendering strategy. It is not automatically faster — it is faster when templates, data fetching and third-party scripts are designed that way.

Who owns the code and the store after the project?

You should. Magento code, Shopify themes and Next.js repositories are delivered so your team or a later partner can continue the work. We do not lock operational control behind an unowned app or a theme that only we can edit.

Do you provide ongoing website maintenance?

Yes. Maintenance covers platform and dependency updates, security patches, content and catalog changes, monitoring, and production fixes. Magento, Shopify and Next.js sites all decay without it — through abandoned extensions, breaking API changes or silent SEO regressions.
