Business websites
Service, industry and resource templates with a heading structure search engines can use.
Web development
We build and modernize business websites when the current CMS theme, page builder or brochure stack cannot meet performance, SEO or editorial needs. Next.js and React are typical tools; the work is information architecture, templates and a codebase someone can still change.
Fit
If every landing page ships a unique pile of widgets, Core Web Vitals become a negotiation with the CMS. Sometimes the CMS stays and the frontend changes. Sometimes the whole rendering model has to move.
If a new service page requires a developer for ordinary content, the templates are wrong. Web development includes the content model, not only the visual system.

App Router sites, design systems and interactive areas that stay typed and testable.
CRM, search, booking, auth and content APIs without turning the frontend into an unowned glue layer.
Layouts that work on small screens, with contrast, focus states and semantic HTML as defaults.
Moving off brittle themes while preserving URLs, content and analytics history.
Section 01
Metadata, canonicals, sitemaps, heading hierarchy and internal linking are template work. If they are postponed, the SEO team inherits a site that can only be “optimized” with plugins. We implement those foundations during development. Deeper crawl work is on the technical SEO page.
Section 02
Not every slow marketing site needs Next.js. If the CMS can be constrained, templates simplified and tags reduced, that is cheaper. A rebuild is justified when routing, preview, performance or multi-site requirements are fighting the current platform. We write about the Next.js version of that decision separately.
Yes, when the current site is limited by a page builder, an aging CMS theme or a frontend that cannot meet performance and SEO requirements. A Next.js rebuild still needs a content model, redirects and a rendering strategy. It is not automatically faster — it is faster when templates, data fetching and third-party scripts are designed that way.
If the platform still fits, the catalog is sound and the problems are concentrated in theme weight, a few modules or content structure, a targeted fix is cheaper than a rebuild. Rebuilds are justified when the architecture cannot meet SEO, performance or operating requirements even after cleanup.
Yes. Maintenance covers platform and dependency updates, security patches, content and catalog changes, monitoring, and production fixes. Magento, Shopify and Next.js sites all decay without it — through abandoned extensions, breaking API changes or silent SEO regressions.
Slow pages waste crawl budget, increase bounce on mobile, and fail Core Web Vitals thresholds that Google uses as quality signals. On ecommerce sites, performance also changes conversion: shoppers abandon heavy category and checkout templates. Speed work is both an SEO and a revenue task.
